Andarab Village is situated in Northern valleys at the foothills of Hindu kush Mountains, the andarab district itself lies in baghlan province of northern afghanistan, which is a much colder and dryer region compared to balkh province.

Andarab valley in itself has an extremely diversified climate, where the upper part of the valley remains very cold and harsh during winters with relatively cool summers but not nearly as hot as balkh. The lower part of the valley known as doshi stays mostly warm/moderately hot during summers and somewhat less colder than the upper Valley.
